Replacing the world's most famous tonearm, the RB300, was a real challenge for REGA. The ball bearings used for the bearing are the most precise available (generally used for ships). The horizontal and vertical bearings are selected and paired manually. The tube is pressure-cast and has the same attachment system as the RB1000. The cables and connectors have very low capacitance.
